# Updating Your Email Preferences

If you ever want to update your email preferences to opt-in or opt-out of Zwift emails, follow these quick steps:

Don't forget to check your spam folder if you think you're missing an email from us.

1.  Go to [zwift.com/settings/emails](https://www.zwift.com/settings/emails) and if necessary sign in.
2.  Select if you want to receive personalized content, news, and special offers from us.
    
3.  Select **SAVE CHANGES**.
    
    Once you select SAVE CHANGES your preferences will go into effect immediately.
