# Compatible Running Hardware

Zwift works with compatible treadmills, footpods, watches, smart shoes, and treadmill sensors that transmit speed data to Zwift.

While many Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and ANT+ devices may work with Zwift, the devices and manufacturers listed below have been confirmed as compatible.

## Compatible Treadmills

Compatibility can vary by treadmill model and production year. Before purchasing a treadmill, check with the manufacturer to confirm the specific model supports Zwift and BLE connectivity.

The following treadmill manufacturers have confirmed compatible models:

*   Assault Fitness

*   BODYCRAFT®

*   BOWFLEX®

*   Horizon Fitness®

*   JTX Fitness

*   Kettler

*   Life Fitness

*   NoblePro

*   SOLE Fitness

*   SPIRIT

*   STAR TRAC®

*   TRUE® Fitness

*   Technogym®

*   Wahoo

*   Woodway®

*   XTERRA®

## Compatible Footpods

The following footpods are compatible with Zwift:

*   Zwift RunPod
*   STRYD® Footpod
*   STRYD® Live Footpod
*   Polar® Stride Sensor
*   Garmin® Foot Pod (ANT+ only)

For best results, calibrate your footpod before using it with Zwift.

If you're using an ANT+ device, you'll need an ANT+ adapter or a bridge connection.

## Compatible Watches

Garmin® watches that broadcast running speed, cadence, and heart rate can be used with Zwift on compatible treadmills.

## Compatible BLE Enabled Shoes

Under Armour Record Sensor-equipped shoes are compatible with Zwift.

For best results, calibrate your smart shoes before running in Zwift.

While there aren't a ton of BLE Enabled shoes on the market, Under Armour® Record Sensor™ equipped shoes are compatible. For the best results, we recommend [calibrating your smart shoe](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/calibrating-your-footpod-SJlrnnfwH) before running on Zwift.

## Compatible Treadmill Sensor

The Runn sensor can add Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) speed transmission to compatible treadmills by reading treadmill belt speed.
