For a full overview of what you need to run in Zwift, see this article.

No additional footpod or shoes necessary.

  • BowFlex BXT116/BXT216 treadmills
  • Any StarTrac treadmills with a Bluetooth button
  • LifeFitness T3 home treadmills
  • True Fitness Performance 300

These footpods work with Zwift:
Most ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart running footpods should work with Zwift, including:

  • Stryd footpod
  • Stryd Live footpod*
  • Milestone pod
  • Polar Stride Sensor
  • Garmin footpod (ANT+ only)

These Bluetooth shoes work with Zwift:

Note: Bluetooth devices do not require a receiver, but use the Mobile Link smartphone app or native Bluetooth capability (Mac/iOS/Apple TV). See our Bluetooth article for more details.

We'll be adding full support for additional treadmills and sensors as we continue development, so don't worry too much if you have a setup that isn't listed right now. There's also a lot you can do even if you don't have the right equipment

If you have any other questions, open a support ticket with us, and we'll get back to you!
