My run speed doesn't match my treadmill speed.
If you notice your speed is not matching your treadmill speed, we suggest calibrating the footpod. You can do this on your device’s app, but be sure to fully exit out of the app before getting on Zwift.
For the Milestone footpod, we recommend calibrating on Milestone’s app.
I’m having trouble connecting my Under Armour Record Equipped shoes. What should I do?
- Make sure your shoe's firmware is up to date. You can check this by downloading Under Armour’s MapMyRun app and updating there.
- Make sure to fully exit out of UA’s MapMyRun app. If MapMyRun app is backgrounded, it will continue to try connecting to your shoes.
