If there's a problem with your hardware not showing up in Zwift, it could be due to other programs that are running and causing compatibility issues. While you may not see any programs open, they could still be running in the background.
To check for conflicting programs, we may ask you to send us a list of the processes currently running on your computer.
Sending a List of Windows Processes
1. Press the Windows key to bring up the search bar and type "CMD" - the Command Prompt program will appear in your search results. Right-click the icon and choose to run as Administrator.
The next step will involve saving a text file to your computer with a list of your running processes. You can replace the destination file path with one of your choosing, but for this example, we'll use the C: root.
2. In the Command Prompt window, type tasklist > "C:\processes.txt" (be sure to include the quotation marks).
3. Navigate to the destination directory you saved the text file to using Windows Explorer. In this case, the destination would be C:\.
4. You should see the processes.txt file in the C:\ folder. Attach it to your support ticket reply.
