If you experience a technical issue while you're either installing or trying to ride in Zwift, we may ask you to send your computer's specs for more information.
In your Documents\Zwift\Logs folder, there's an automatically generated .txt file called "ComputerSpecs." Just attach that to your response, and we'll get back to you with further troubleshooting steps!
If you're on a Mac, click the Apple menu and select "About this Mac". This will open a new window that lists your Mac system specs. Either copy/paste that information into your reply or send a screenshot of that window, and we'll get back to you with more troubleshooting steps.
