[Completed] Server Maintenance: January 5, 7PM - 10PM PST, UTC+8

Update: We're clear! Thanks for your patience while we worked on making Zwift better. Ride On!

Update: Thanks for your patience! Our initial maintenance steps are complete; we'll be checking the servers over the next hour as we bring Zwift back online.

Update: We're estimating the maintenance period may be extended by 60 minutes, till 10PM. We will update this estimate as it progresses. Thanks for your understanding!

Update: We're moving up the offline period of maintenance at this time. You will not be able to log in or upload/save your ride while the servers are offline. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We'll be doing some server database maintenance starting Friday, January 5, at 7PM PST, UTC+8. Here's the schedule:

  • 7PM - 8PM: Multiple server restarts. If you choose to ride, other riders may disappear, and your ride may not upload properly if you save it during this time.
  • 8PM - 9PM: There will be a ~45 minute window where the servers will be offline. During this time, you will not be able to log in or ride, and your ride will not upload on save.

In order to avoid losing progress, you may want to plan on ending your ride before maintenance starts. While it's estimated this will happen from 7PM to 9PM PST, it's possible the schedule will change based on how it progresses. You can watch status.zwift.com for live maintenance updates.

Server maintenance affects all online users in all timezones. Here's a timezone converter if you're unsure of when this window occurs for you.

We'll be monitoring the situation closely and provide updates, both here and on status.zwift.com, if anything doesn't go as planned.

Thanks in advance for your understanding! Ride On.
