Partner Workouts Don't Sync


Some users are observing that their TrainingPeaks and Today's Plan workouts don't sync when they open the Custom Workouts section. We've identified this as an issue with Internet connections that are slower than expected.


As this issue is due to a slower Internet connection, there's a couple possible workarounds.

1. Once you've paired your sensors, wait 30s before clicking the Select Workout button. This gives your Internet time to catch up and populate the workouts.

2. Use a different Internet connection or upgrade your Internet. Some connections have higher speeds than others, and you may find that a different one - even through a mobile hotspot on your phone - works better for loading these. You could also ask your ISP about potential optimizations for your Internet access.
