Elevation and/or Mileage Progress not Saved Towards Totals

Issue

We're currently investigating an issue where some users aren't seeing their progress saved towards their elevation and/or mileage totals, including progress for the Everest Challenge.

Workaround

While we continue working on this issue, we have found a potential workaround: selecting a different challenge and then switching back to the Everest Challenge seems to solve the problem.

Here's a step-by-step of that process:

  1. Log in to the game and open your Menu.
  2. Select Challenges.
  3. Select a different challenge (i.e. Ride Italy or California) and then close the menu.
  4. Reopen the Menu, and reselect the Climb Everest challenge.
  5. Do a short test ride > 2km that includes elevation gain. You should see the progress count again.

If you still aren't seeing your total distance climbed updating after a ride, submit a support ticket. Please include your game logs (Documents\Zwift\Logs) and fit file from that ride so we can track everyone who's affected by this issue.
