Resolved: Server Issues 1/24 10:34am - 12:07pm (PST)

Update: The server issues have been resolved. You should be able to log in without issue!


We're still investigating what caused the limited service issue today. During this time, some users were able to login without problems, while others continued to have problems logging in.

The problems showed up as some users being either unable to log in with a "No Roads to Ride" message or seeing a very slow login process where the avatars weren't loading properly or the riders nearby list wasn't loading.


If you experienced issues during this time, you do not need to submit a support ticket or send us your logs, as the issue was solely on our side.

Tuesdays, with its giant group ride events, are the day we often learn about where our bottlenecks are, especially on our servers that have to cope with all the data flowing in at crazy rates.

We've identified some changes that will reduce the server load and we hope to have them live within the next 24 hours.

We apologize for the sluggish experience and are trying to be as proactive as possible to ensure Zwift can handle whatever we throw at it for years to come.
