[Server Maintenance] 1/20/17, 8pm - 9pm PST (UTC -8 hrs)

Update: And we're done early! There should be no further downtime or outages due to this maintenance. Ride On!

In order to prevent issues identified during our last server outage related to our service provider, our road crews need to do some updates to our digital highways.

The Zwift Department of Transportation has scheduled road work on January 20th, starting at around 8:00 pm PST (UTC -8 hrs) for about 1 hour. During this time you will not able to log onto Zwift.

We're starting this maintenance around 6pm. We estimate the downtime should start around 8pm, but we're not exactly sure when it will hit. We know this is far from ideal, and we appreciate your understanding. We'll update this post with more information as it becomes available.

Should you continue to ride into the scheduled road works period, don’t be alarmed when you find yourself riding alone. When it comes back online, you should be able to finish your ride and save.

If you exit during this time, your ride may be partially saved to my.zwift.com and will NOT automatically upload to any 3rd party accounts (e.g. Strava, TrainingPeaks, Today’s Plan) you’ve connected. You can manually upload the complete FIT file for your ride that is saved in the \Documents\Zwift\Activities folder.

To stay up to date on the latest news, be sure to follow our Announcements.

Ride On.
