# ZwiftPower Profile

Your ZwiftPower profile contains the unique info for your [ZwiftPower](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/zwiftpower-faq-BJhCucmDv) account. Here’s an overview of some of the key features:

Item Number

Description

**Level:** The level you are in Zwift and the option to refresh your profile.

**Refresh profile:** Updates your stats and category.

**Race Ranking:** Your ranking in ZwiftPower that's determined by your overall race finishing position in any given event. The smaller the number the greater your ranking in ZwiftPower.

**Category:** The lowest category you can race in without being disqualified in your ZwiftPower results. You can always race in a higher category to push yourself.

**ZPoints:** The number of points you earn based on your power numbers. ZPoints is a unique ranking system to your ZwiftPower ranking. For more info on ZwiftPower select Rankings in the top menu and go to ZPoints > FAQ.

**Team:** If you're part of a team, it will be displayed here.

**[zFTP](https://support.zwift.com/fitness-metrics-faq-Sk0Cebzti):** Represents an estimate of your current FTP value based on an analysis of your recent best power values in Zwift.

A friendly competition that outlines who has beaten you regularly within ZwiftPower

An estimation on how hard an activity was based on the numbers you generated. A higher Normalized (NP) Power means it was harder and more taxing than a lower number, similar to your [Stress Points](https://support.zwift.com/fitness-metrics-faq-Sk0Cebzti#:~:text=What are Stress Points%3F).

Any numbers that appear in red in this area indicate you are approaching, or have past the limit of that category or the number is possibly suspicious.

## Activities Tab

The main portion of your profile shows events that you signed up for via the Zwift calendar or the Zwift Companion (ZC) app. If you're looking for your free rides, workouts, or meetups, those will appear under the Activities" tab of your profile. Complete these steps to view your Activities tab:

Free rides, workouts, and meetups, don't count toward your category or power metrics on ZwiftPower.

1.  Login to ZwiftPower.
    
2.  Select **Profile**.
    
3.  Select **Activities**.
