# Zwift Video Requirements

To use Zwift Video, your device must meet the standard requirements for running Zwift and the additional storage and internet requirements listed below.

For standard device requirements, see [Supported Devices to Run Zwift](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/supported-devices-to-run-zwift-H1Cj9QbeB)

## Storage Requirements

Zwift Video requires at least 3 GB of additional available storage beyond the standard Zwift storage requirements.

## Internet Requirements

Zwift Video routes are downloaded in real time as you ride. Slow or interrupted internet connections may cause video buffering or a degraded experience.

A stable, high-speed internet connection is required for the best experience. We recommend a minimum connection speed of 50 Mbps.

Zwift Video routes can't be ridden using a mobile connection. Your device must be connected through WiFi or Ethernet.

## Video Resolution

Available video resolutions depend on the device you use to run Zwift. You can change your video resolution in the in-game settings when you're not in an active Zwift activity.

Supported resolutions include:

*   720p

*   1080p (default)

*   1440p

*   4K

Higher video resolutions require faster download speeds.

Zwift Video uses a fixed aspect ratio. If you're using an ultrawide or taller aspect ratio monitor, you may see black bars on the sides or at the top and bottom of the video.
