Zwift RunPod Troubleshooting

If you're having issues connecting your Zwift RunPod, here's a few things you can do:

  • Check to see if your Zwift RunPod's connected to any applications or programs running on nearby devices—including the one running Zwift. Close these programs, as necessary.
  • Make sure your Zwift RunPod isn't connected directly to any hardware. Disconnect your Zwift RunPod, as necessary.
  • Check to make sure you're using the most recent Zwift RunPod firmware.
  • Make sure your Zwift RunPod is securely attached to your shoe. .
  • Check your bluetooth connection—occasionally this can be an issue.

  • Try a hard reset of your Zwift RunPod by removing and re-inserting your battery.
  • If you're still having issues pairing, consider changing your battery. If the battery in your Zwift RunPod is too low, it won’t pair.
