# Zwift Ready and Zwift Cog Compatible Trainers

Zwift Ready trainers include a pre-installed Zwift Cog and Zwift Click and support Zwift’s virtual shifting.

Zwift Cog Compatible trainers can support virtual shifting after installing a Zwift Cog and Click Upgrade Kit and updating to the latest firmware using the trainer manufacturer’s app.

### Additional Compatibility

Zwift Ready and Zwift Cog Compatible trainers support the following additional Zwift hardware:

*   Zwift Play
    
*   Zwift Ride Smart Frame
    

Some trainers are not compatible with Zwift Ride Smart Frame. Check the notes listed for each trainer model.
