# Zwift Plus FAQ

What is Zwift Plus?

An additional membership option, Zwift Plus includes:

*   **Zwift Coach:** Adaptive cycling training that creates a plan based on your goals, experience, availability, recent activity, and progress.
    
*   **Zwift Video:** Cycling routes that use video footage from real-world locations.
    

Can I get Zwift Coach or Zwift Video separately?

No. Zwift Coach and Zwift Video are included together as part of Zwift Plus. They're not available as separate membership options.

How do I access Zwift Plus?

Why can't I see my Zwift Plus features?

If you've signed up for Zwift Plus but don't see your features, try updating Zwift and Zwift Companion to the latest versions, then logging out and back in to both apps.

## Zwift Coach

What is Zwift Coach?

Unlike Zwift's standard Training Plans, which follow a predefined series of workouts, Zwift Coach creates a personalized schedule around your training goals and availability.

Who can access Zwift Coach?

Zwift Coach is available exclusively to Zwift Plus members and creates training plans for cycling only.

Can I add activities to my schedule?

Yes. You can add workouts, routes, events, outdoor rides, and time off to your schedule. When your training or schedule changes, Zwift Coach may offer an adaptation to your upcoming activities.

Can I pause my Zwift Coach plan?

No. You can't pause your Zwift Coach plan for an extended period. You can schedule time off in advance, or when your plans change.

Does Zwift Coach consider data from third-party platforms?

Yes. Zwift Coach considers completed activities and health data from supported third-party platforms when creating or amending your plan. However, it doesn't account for upcoming workouts scheduled by third-party platforms when planning your training.

Does Zwift Coach offer any rewards?

Yes. You can earn extra Drops or XP each training week when following your Zwift Coach plan.

What do I need to use Zwift Coach?

You'll need an active Zwift Plus membership and the Zwift Companion app to create and manage your Zwift Coach training plan.

## Zwift Video

What is Zwift Video?

Zwift Video lets you ride routes using video footage from real-world locations in Zwift.

Who can access Zwift Video?

Zwift Video routes are available exclusively to Zwift Plus members. Zwift Video is a cycling-only experience.

What can I do on a Zwift Video route?

Zwift Video supports free rides and cycling workouts.

Group rides, races, meetups, RoboPacers, and other events aren't currently supported.

Where can I see available Zwift Video routes?

You can view Zwift Video routes in Zwift or the Zwift Companion app.

Do Zwift Video routes include Zwift progression and rewards?

Yes. XP, Drops and route-completion badges work the same way as elsewhere in Zwift.

What do I need to use Zwift Video?
