# Zwift Hub Connection Issues

Things like nearby devices, outdated firmware, or wireless network strength can impact connections between your Zwift Hub and Zwift. Here's a few things to check that might help you troubleshoot:

*   You have the [latest version of Zwift](https://support.zwift.com/checking-your-game-version-H1wddkVR8) installed on your device.
    
*   You're using a [supported device](https://support.zwift.com/supported-devices-to-run-zwift-H1Cj9QbeB) to run Zwift.
    
*   You have the [latest firmware](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/updating-your-zwift-hub-firmware-ByJG2Y9Jj) on your Zwift Hub.
    
*   Your Zwift Hub isn't already paired with another application—the Zwift Hub can only connect to one device at a time.
    
    *   Close any other applications the Zwift Hub could be pairing to.
        
    *   Turn off or remove any other Bluetooth (BLE) devices from the area.
