## Fitness Trends

Fitness Trends shows graphs of your goals, training score, and status over time. It also includes your week streak and any streak savers earned.

* Weekly goals graphs start on Monday, with each block representing a Monday–Sunday week.

* Four weeks are grouped into a month, so dates may not align with other graphs.

*   In the 1-year view:

    * The Training Score and Status graphs start 11 months before today.

    * The Goals graph starts on the 1st of the month, 11 months before today.

## Training Score

Training Score combines your training load—intensity, duration, and frequency—into a single value.

* Your ideal score depends on your goals.

* Your training score increases as you ride.

* A score of 100 represents the equivalent of averaging one hour at FTP per day over 42 days.

    * Your score can increase beyond 100 if you ride for more than an hour at lower intensities as both time and effort are considered.

* A steadily increasing score may indicate progress if you’re building fitness and feeling good.

* Pay attention to how you're feeling alongside your score. If you start to feel fatigued, sore, or notice a drop in performance, it may indicate you're overreaching.

* A decreasing score during rest periods is expected.

* You can also view your Training Score in your Progress Report.

## Week Streak

Week Streak tracks how many consecutive weeks you’ve completed activities in Zwift.

* If you earn a Streak Saver, a life ring icon appears below your streak.

* You can also view Streak Saver details in Fitness Trends and your Progress Report.

## Weekly Goal

Weekly Goal tracks your progress toward a selected training metric. You can set a manual goal or use Auto-Adjusted Goal.

* Select the Include Running toggle to include runs completed in Zwift and supported outdoor runs.

* You must have a Garmin or Wahoo device connected to Zwift when completing your outdoor runs.

* You can view and edit goals in the fitness tracker and monitor progress in the in-game Ride Report.

* To set or edit a goal, see [Setting, Editing, and Viewing Your Weekly Goal](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/setting-editing-and-viewing-your-weekly-goal-ByQJ6YX1fx).

Supported goal metrics:

* **Kilojoules (kJ):** Total energy output during a ride. Calculated by multiplying average power by time.

* **Stress Points (SP):** Training load based on intensity and duration.

*   **Calories (cal):** Energy burned.

*   **Distance:** Total distance traveled.

*   **Time:** Total activity duration.

## Daily Activities

Daily Activities shows your cycling and running activity time by training zone for each day.

* Outdoor ride zones appear only if a power meter is connected during the activity.

* Running activities are displayed in solid pink.

* Duplicate activities may appear if a third-party device is connected. You can delete an activity in the ZC app.

### Zwift Training Zones

Zwift cycling training zones represent a percentage of your FTP:

![Training Zones](https://content-cdn.zwift.com/support/EN/Cycling/Resources/Images/Training Zones.png "Training Zones")

1.  **Recovery:** <60%

2.  **Endurance:** 60% - 75%

3.  **Tempo:** 76% - 89%

4.  **Threshold:** 90% - 104%

5.  **VO2 Max:** 105% - 118%

6.  **Anaerobic:** >118%

### Supported Outdoor Activities

Outdoor activities can be included after connecting a supported account.

* An active Zwift subscription is required to view outdoor activity data.

* Supported providers: Garmin, Hammerhead, Wahoo

* Synced outdoor activities are identified with a sun icon.

* Only activities completed after connecting accounts are included.

* Activities must meet minimum thresholds:

    *   **Rides:** over 2 km (1.25 miles)

    *   **Runs:** over 800 m (0.5 miles)

## Status

Status compares your long-term fitness (42 days) and short-term fatigue (7 days) for the current week.

For recovery and peak performance, it's important to take rest days.

Status categories:

*   **Ready:** New to training.

* **Fresh:** Active and ready for challenges.

* **Productive:** Training consistently and recovering well.

*   **Overreaching:** Training heavily.

* **Detraining:** Reduced training and loss of fitness.
