# Zwift and Third-party Platforms

Zwift connects with select third-party platforms as listed below. Depending on the platform, you can do one or more of the following:

* Upload completed activities from Zwift.

* View and complete scheduled workouts in Zwift.

* Share selected profile or performance data.

Future activities upload automatically to supported platforms that accept activity data after you save an activity. Timing may vary by platform and may not happen immediately.

Some third-party platforms may upload past activities automatically after you connect your account. Past activity support and timing vary by platform. If past activities don't appear automatically, you must upload them manually.

## How Third-Party Integrations Work

Third-party integrations vary by platform and can include different types of data and behavior.

Integration behavior varies by platform. This includes what data syncs, whether sync is automatic, and how long workouts are available. For details about a specific platform, check that platform's support content.

### Workout Integrations

Platforms that support structured workouts may:

*   Send workouts to Zwift.

* Receive completed workouts as activity data.

*   Do both.

Workout availability, sync timing, and whether workouts appear automatically depend on the platform.

### Activity Data Integrations

Some platforms receive activity data from Zwift but do not send workouts to Zwift.

Activity data includes your completed workouts and ride details. Uploads happen automatically after you save an activity. Timing may vary by platform.

### Data-sharing Integrations

Some platforms share limited data with Zwift, such as body metrics (for example, weight) or selected activity data.

What data is shared and how often it updates depends on the platform. Not all data or activities sync between platforms.
