Training Plans for Running
We offer a number of awesome training plans in Zwift. Even if you're an experienced runner, we recommend taking advantage of them to help you get the most out of Zwift. Check out the sections below for info on the following:

Participating in a Training Plan
If you want to participate in a training plan—follow these steps:
- Sign in to Zwift.
- Select LET'SGO.
- Once you're paired, select OK.
On the Home Screen, select WORKOUTS.

- If you haven't selected your speed yet, complete the following when the WHAT'S YOUR SPEED screen loads:
- Select an option that best matches your current fitness level.
- If you've recently completed a race, select Custom I Know How Fast I am to enter your time.
- Select OK.
- Select an option that best matches your current fitness level.

- Select PLANS.

- Select a training plan.
- Select ENROLL.
- Select WORKOUT to start your training plan now, or select BACK to start your plan later.
Selecting a Different Training Plan
If you’ve already enrolled in a training plan, but change your mind and want to check out a different plan, just follow these steps:
- Sign in to Zwift.
- Select LET'S GO.
- Once you're paired, select OK.
On the Home Screen, select WORKOUTS.

- Select Plans.
- Select a new training plan.
- Select ENROLL.
- To remove yourself from your current plan, select SWITCH PLANS.

Select WORKOUT to start your training plan now, or select BACK to start your plan later.
Marking a Workout Complete
Complete these steps to mark a workout as complete:
Sign in to Zwift.
Pair your devices and select LET'S GO.
On the Home Screen, select WORKOUTS .

Select Plans.
Navigate to the workout you want to mark complete.
Select the relevant training plan.
Select the workout you want to mark complete.
Select I DID IT! in the bottom right hand corner.

Canceling a Training Plan
To cancel a training plan, complete these steps:
- Sign in to Zwift.
- Select LET'S GO.
- Once you are paired, select OK.
On the Home Screen, select WORKOUTS.

- Select Plans.
Select the training plan you'd like to cancel.
You'll see
at the top of the training plan card if you're currently enrolled in a training plan.
- Select CANCEL PLAN.

- Select CANCEL PLAN one more time to confirm.
