# Resetting Your Password

Follow these steps on Zwift.com if you ever need to change or reset your password:

If you're not sure if you have a Zwift account, try resetting your password. If the email you enter is associated with an account, you’ll receive an email with password reset instructions.

## Changing Your Password on Zwift.com[](#Dashboar)

If you know your password and want to change it, follow these steps:

1.  Go to [zwift.com/settings/security](https://www.zwift.com/settings/security) and if necessary, sign in.
    
2.  Enter your new password in the New Password field.
    
    Make sure to select a password that meets all password requirements as shown.
    
3.  Enter your new password in the **Repeat Password** field.
4.  Select **SAVE CHANGES**.

## Resetting Your Password on Zwift.com

If you've forgotten your password and want to reset it, follow these steps:

1.  Go to [zwift.com/forgot-password](https://www.zwift.com/forgot-password).
    
2.  Enter the email address you used to sign up for Zwift and select **RESET**.
    
3.  Wait for a password reset email to arrive in your inbox.
    
    If you don't receive an email in a few minutes, be sure to check your Spam folder.
    
4.  Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
    
5.  If you don't see the password reset email, check the following:
    
    *   Make sure you’ve entered your email address correctly in the password reset field.
        
    *   Make sure the password reset email isn't in your Spam folder.
        
    *   Double-check the login email for your Zwift account and make sure it matches the one you're trying to reset the password for.
