# Reporting Another Zwifter

We’re committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and fair environment in which all Zwifters can thrive. In the rare case that you have a negative encounter with another Zwifter and/or witness disruptive, harassing, or unfair behavior—we encourage you to report these incidents directly to us.

When you report or flag a member, our Community Support team is notified automatically. If you’d like to provide more context, you’re always welcome to [reach out](https://support.zwift.com/contact/contact-us-HJH8N4RNQ "reach out").

## Reporting a Zwifter

You can report a member directly from their profile in the Zwift Companion (ZC) app at any time by following these steps:

1.  In the ZC app, navigate to the Zwifter you want to report.
    
2.  Select the three dots in the top right corner.
    
    *   If you're using an Android device, select ![Zwift Companion app clubs menu button](https://zwiftdmz-marcom-us-east.s3.amazonaws.com/support/EN/Account/Content/Resources/Images/ZC_Club_Menu_Button.png "Menu Button").
        
    *   If you're using an iOS device, select ![Zwift Companion app clubs menu button](https://zwiftdmz-marcom-us-east.s3.amazonaws.com/support/EN/Account/Content/Resources/Images/iOS_More_Icon.jpeg "Menu Button").
        
3.  Select **REPORT USER**.
    
4.  Select at least one reason for reporting the Zwifter and provide any additional info in the **Your comments** field.
    
5.  Select **SUBMIT**.
    
    *   Select **CANCEL** if you change your mind.

## Flagging a Zwifter

If you're using ZC when an incident occurs, you can flag the member directly in the app—this is the best way to report a flier (someone going faster than expected).

You must be signed in to the ZC app and the game to flag a user. Check out our article on [using the Zwift Companion app](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/using-the-zwift-companion-app-rJ7ayD_ES "article") for steps on pairing the two.

1.  In the ZC app, select **ZWIFTERS**.
    *   If you're using an Android device, this is located above the map.

2.  Select the Zwifters profile.
3.  Select the **FLAG USER** icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

1.  Select a reason for flagging the Zwifter from the available options.
    *   Select **CANCEL** if you change your mind.

## Reporting Suspicious Performance
