# Permanently Deleting Your Account

To permanently delete your Zwift account, cancel your membership first.

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be reversed. All data and progress will be removed.

## Zwift.com

To permanently delete your account on Zwift.com:

1.  Go to [zwift.com/delete-account](https://zwift.com/delete-account) and sign in.
2.  Select **DELETE ACCOUNT**.

3.  Select **YES, DELETE MY ACCOUNT.**
    
    *   To keep your account, select **NO, GO TO MY FEED**

## iOS

To permanently delete your account on an iOS device:

1.  Open Zwift and sign in.
    
2.  Go to your **PUBLIC PROFILE**.
    
    1.  Select **MENU** in-game.
        
    
    1.  On the **MENU** screen, select the edit icon directly under your name.
        
3.  Select **Delete Account**.

4.  Select **OK** to go to [zwift.com/delete-account](https://zwift.com/delete-account).

## Apple TV

To permanently delete your account on Apple TV®:

1.  Open Zwift and sing in.
    
2.  Go to your **PUBLIC PROFILE**:
    
    1.  Select **MENU** in-game.
        
    
    1.  On the **MENU** screen, select the edit icon next to your name.
        
3.  Select **Delete Account**.
