Pausing and Resuming Your Membership
We understand life happens and sometimes you just want to get out on the road or trail. Instead of canceling, you can pause your monthly membership payments for 1-8 weeks. When your membership’s paused, you won't be able to ride, but you can still run in Zwift without being charged. If you want to pause your monthly membership for more than eight weeks, you'll need to cancel your subscription. If you do cancel, your progress will be saved so you can come back whenever you want.
If you pause during a promotional period, you'll forfeit the remainder of your promotional time as you can't resume a promotional period after pausing. If you do pause during a promotional period, your membership will resume with a paid subscription.
You can pause a monthly membership, but not an annual membership.
Pausing Your Membership
If you signed up for Zwift directly through our website—or in-game—complete these steps to pause your membership:
Not all payment types support pausing. If you don't see the PAUSE option, you'll need to cancel your subscription. If you do cancel, your progress will be saved so you can come back whenever you want.
- Go to zwift.com/billing/membership and if necessary, sign in.
- Select PAUSE.
- Using the slider, select from 1 to 8 weeks to indicate how long you'd like to pause your membership.
Select CONFIRM PAUSE.
Your selected pause duration will begin when your current billing cycle ends. When your pause duration ends, your subscription and billing will resume automatically.
Resuming Your Membership
If you're ready to resume your membership sooner than you initially expected, complete these steps to start Zwifting again:
