Do new members get a free trial?

Yes. Monthly memberships include a 14-day free trial. Annual memberships don't include a free trial, but first-time annual subscribers who cancel within 30 days receive a full refund.

How do Zwift memberships work?

Monthly memberships start with a 14-day trial and then renew automatically each month, while annual memberships start immediately and renew yearly.

Can I have multiple profiles on one membership?

No, each membership supports one profile; additional users need their own account and membership.

What payment methods are accepted?

Zwift accepts supported payment methods based on your billing country, including major credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, JCB®), PayPal®, and Apple Pay® where available.

What's the difference between Apple Pay and an Apple® App Store® subscription?

Apple Pay is a payment method that can be used for memberships purchased directly from Zwift.

An Apple App Store subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store and managed by Apple. Changes, cancellations, and billing updates for Apple App Store subscriptions must be made through Apple.

Can I pay with Direct Debit or a debit card?

Debit cards can be used where supported. New Direct Debit mandates aren't available, but members with an existing Direct Debit mandate may be able to continue using it as a payment method.

Can I use a Zwift Gift Card to pay for membership?

No, Zwift Gift Cards can only be used for purchases in the Zwift Shop.

Can I update my payment method?

Yes, you can update your payment method anytime from [zwift.com/billing/memberships](http://www.zwift.com/billing/membership).

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, memberships billed directly through Zwift can be paused. Apple App Store subscriptions can't be paused.

Can I buy or transfer a membership to someone else?

No, memberships can’t be purchased for or transferred to another account.

Can I change my billing date?

No, but you can cancel and resubscribe on your preferred billing date after your current period ends.

Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?

Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual or vice versa.

Can I change my billing currency when I move Countries?

Yes, [contact support](https://support.zwift.com/contact/contact-us-HJH8N4RNQ) to update your billing currency before your next billing cycle.

How do I check if I have an active membership?

You can check your membership status anytime from your from [zwift.com/billing/memberships](http://www.zwift.com/billing/membership).

Can I delete my account?

Yes, but you must cancel your membership first; deleting your account permanently removes all data and progress.

## Canceling Your Membership

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing cycle—the time between charges (monthly or yearly, depending on your membership). First-time annual subscribers who cancel within 30 days receive a full refund.

Will I get a refund if I cancel early?

No. You'll retain access through the remainder of your billing period and won't receive a refund for unused time. First-time annual subscribers who cancel within 30 days receive a full refund.

How much notice do I need to cancel?

Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date (or 7 days for Direct Debit) to avoid renewal charges.

What should I do if I can’t cancel due to an error?

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the Apple App Store?

You must cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store.

Why am I still being charged after deleting my account with an Apple App Store subscription?

Deleting your Zwift account doesn't cancel an Apple App Store subscription. You must manage cancellations and refund requests directly through Apple.

I've canceled my Zwift membership. Why am I still being charged?

If you're still seeing charges after canceling your membership, you may be paying for another Zwift account that uses the same payment method.  
First, confirm your membership is canceled on your [](http://www.zwift.com/memberships)[zwift.com/billing/membership](https://www.zwift.com/billing/membership) page. If it is, check whether a family or household member may have a separate Zwift account using your payment method.

If you still can't identify the source of the charge, [contact support](https://support.zwift.com/contact/contact-us-HJH8N4RNQ) and provide:

*   The date, amount, and currency of the most recent charge.
    
*   A screen shot of the most recent charge.
    
*   Your payment method details, such as the last four digits of the card, PayPal email address, or Direct Debit reference.
