# Launching Zwift for the First Time

# Launching Zwift for the First Time

The first time you launch Zwift you'll be taken through a series of options to set Zwift up for you. Follow these steps to get going:

1.  When the **LICENSE AGREEMENT** screen loads, review the agreement and if you agree, select **Accept**.

2.  If the **TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF** window displays, select the option that best describes you.

3.  If the **WHAT BRINGS YOU TO ZWIFT** screen displays, select the option that best describes you, then select **OK**.

5.  In the **SELECT GENDER** screen, select **MALE** or **FEMALE**.

6.  In the **BODY MEASUREMENTS** screen, select your height and weight, then select **SAVE**.

7.  In the **CUSTOMIZE YOUR AVATAR** screen, select your  **HEAD**, **BODY** and **HAIR**, then select **FINISH**.

8.  If you see the **CUSTOMIZE YOUR BIKE** screen, select the frame you'd like to use, then select **FINISH**.
