# Direct Debit Membership FAQ

What is Direct Debit (GoCardless)?

Direct Debit lets Zwift take payments directly from your bank account. GoCardless is the provider that processes these bank payments.

Is Direct Debit available for new or returning memberships?

No. As of January 2025, Direct Debit isn’t available for new memberships. If you’re already using it, your membership will keep renewing until you change your payment method or cancel.

Can I change my billing date with Direct Debit?

No. Your billing date is set by your first payment and can’t be changed.

Can I use a promo code with Direct Debit?

Can I pause a membership paid with Direct Debit?

Yes. You can pause your membership.

Does canceling a Direct Debit membership delete my account?
