## Free Ride

When Free Riding in Zwift, you select your own [world and route](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/zwift-worlds-and-cycling-routes-rk3PMBUht) from those available. You can select one of our recommendations from the JUST RIDE carousel on the Home Screen, or you can select from all available routes. While Watopia's always available, we also feature two rotating guest worlds that change on a monthly schedule. Each world has a number of routes you can choose from; you can also manually choose a direction when an intersection comes up as you're riding in-game.

### HoloReplay

When free riding, you can challenge yourself by competing against your fastest pace—your PR—within the last 90 days, or your most recently completed time when you have the [HoloReplay](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/holoreplay-faq-BJq2ez4yj) setting turned on. You can also choose to view other Zwifter's HoloReplay's and choose if other Zwifter's can view yours.

## Workout

[Workout mode](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/workout-mode-HkhS0S0F) is designed to help you reach your fitness goals. We offer a range of different pre-made workouts as well as training plans to meet all your needs. We even offer workouts grouped by how much time you have to burn. Want to create your own workout? No problem! You can create your own custom workouts in-game—you can also share and import custom workouts. You can access all of this and more from the Home Screen.

## RoboPacer

RoboPacers—our pace setting bots—give you the option to ride with one of our many [Pacer Groups](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/pacer-groups-faq-ryiF4hdWw). Whether you're looking to maintain an easy pace, or to push yourself hard, we have a pacer group for you!

### HoloReplay

When riding with a RoboPacer, you can challenge yourself by competing against your fastest pace—your PR—within the last 90 days, or your most recently completed time when you have the [HoloReplay](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/holoreplay-faq-BJq2ez4yj) setting turned on. You can also choose to view other Zwifter's HoloReplay's and choose if other Zwifter's can view yours.
