# Creating a Club

Members can create their own club in the Zwift Companion (ZC) app. To create a club, follow these steps:

Club owners must be paying Zwift subscribers, above a level 5 cyclist or level 5 runner, with account in good standing. All club owners and members must be over the age of 16.

1.  If you haven't already, open the ZC app.
2.  Access the **CLUBS** page by completing one of the following:
    *   If you're using an Android device, select the ![Zwift Companion app menu button](https://zwiftdmz-marcom-us-east.s3.amazonaws.com/support/EN/Cycling/Resources/Images/ZC_Menu_Button.png "Menu Button") icon then select **Clubs**.
    *   If you're using an iOS device, select **CLUBS** in the bottom navigation bar.
3.  Select the ![Zwift Companion app clubs menu button](https://zwiftdmz-marcom-us-east.s3.amazonaws.com/support/EN/Cycling/Resources/Images/ZC_Club_Menu_Button.png "Menu Button") icon in the top right corner then select **CREATE CLUB**.
4.  When the **CREATE CLUB** window opens, complete these steps:  
    1.  Enter your desired **CLUB NAME**.
        
        Club names must be unique and be in alignment with our [Terms of Service](https://support.zwift.com/en_us/terms-of-service-HJt7VBYyH).
        
    2.  Select your **COUNTRY**.
    3.  Select your **LANGUAGE**.
    4.  Select **WHO CAN JOIN YOUR CLUB**.
    5.  Select the appropriate icon for your **CLUB SPORT**.
    6.  If desired, enter a **CLUB MOTTO**.
    7.  Select **NEXT**.
5.  When the next screen displays, complete these steps:
    1.  Choose your **CLUB COLORS**: 
        1.  Select a displayed color and then select from the available options.
        2.  When you're happy with your choice, do one of the following:
            *   If you're using an Android device, select outside the **Select a Color** box.
            *   If you're using an iOS device, select ![](https://zwiftdmz-marcom-us-east.s3.amazonaws.com/support/EN/Cycling/Resources/Images/Clubs_Exit_Colors.PNG).
    2.  Choose your **CLUB ICON**: 
        1.  Select the club icon then select from the available options.
        2.  When you're happy with your choice, select **SAVE**.
    3.  Choose your **LARGE CLUB IMAGE**:
        1.  Select the large club image then select from the available options.
        2.  When you're happy with your choice, select **SAVE**.
    4.  Choose your **CLUB EVENT IMAGE**:
        1.  Select the club event image then select from the available options.
        2.  When you're happy with your choice, select **SAVE**.
    5.  Select **PREVIEW**.
6.  Review your club info and selections.
7.  Select **CREATE MY CLUB** to create your club.
    *   Select **BACK** to make any changes.
8.  When the **Success** message displays, select **OK**.
