## Things to Know

*   TrainingPeaks workouts must:

    * Have unique titles without special characters.

    * Use % FTP and duration for cycling workouts.

    * Use % threshold pace and distance/duration for running workouts.

* Completed TrainingPeaks workouts are removed from the Home Screen.

    * To repeat a previous workout, rename the workout in TrainingPeaks. E.g. "HIIT Workout 1-1-26".

*   TriDot workouts:

    * Appear 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

    * Remain for two days after completion.

* Wahoo SYSTM workouts must be scheduled in your Wahoo SYSTM calendar.

* Only cycling workouts—not running workouts—are supported from Xert.

* Completed workouts automatically sync back to certain third-party platforms.

* Keep FTP values consistent across platforms for the best workout experience.

## Troubleshooting

* If an expected workout doesn't appear, make sure the time zone in your third-party platform matches the local time zone on your device.

* If a completed workout doesn't appear in your connected-third party platform, download the activity file from Zwift and upload it to the third-party platform by following their instructions.
