If you ever need to reassemble your Zwift Cog, just follow the below steps.

## Difficulty Rating

## Required Tools/Equipment

*   Chain whip.

*   Lock ring bit tool.

    There are several different lock ring bit tools you can use—make sure you have a lock ring bit; lock ring bit wrench; or an all in one tool.

*   Torque wrench (optional).

## Assembling Your Zwift Cog

Now that you have all of your tools, follow these steps:

1. Assemble your Zwift Cog, onto the plastic carrier or your freehub, in the order shown:

2. Check that all parts of the Zwift Cog are lined up correctly and the assembly is flat.

3. Wrap the chain whip around item 3 of the Zwift Cog, keeping the handle on the left-hand side.
4. Place the lock ring bit tool into the lock ring and finger tighten—item 5.
5. Turn the lock ring bit tool clockwise quarter of a turn to tighten—if you have a torque wrench, tighten to 5Nm.

    Be careful to not cross the threads when tightening the lock ring as this can cause serious damage.

6. Remove the lock ring bit tool and you're good to go!

Ride On.
