Account FAQ
We know you might have some questions about your Zwift account—so we’ve put together this FAQ to help you out.
Q: Can I sign into the same computer with more than one account?
A: Yes. Multiple people can use the same computer—just not at the same time.
Q: Can I sign into two different devices with the same account?
A: Yes. Zwift stores your account data on our servers, so you can sign in anywhere Zwift is installed. This includes PC, Mac, and iOS, allowing you to use up to all three with the same account.
Q: Can I sign into two different devices with the same account simultaneously?
A: We don’t recommend this. Logging into multiple devices with the same account—at the same time can cause a number of issues including: overall poor performance; forced log outs; and issues with your data from previous sessions being overwritten.
Q: Can I create another user on the same install?
A: Absolutely! We're aware of many situations where there are multiple users per Zwift setup, so having the ability to create a new account on the same machine is a no-brainer.
Q: Can two people share an account?
A: No. Each user on Zwift must have their own membership. Because many calculations within Zwift factor in your height, weight, and fitness level, using someone else's account will result in a poor experience for both Zwifters.
Q: How do I update my Public Profile?
A: After you create your account through the game, you can access and update your Public Profile from the Home Screen in-game. Select your initials then select My profile. You can also access your Public Profile menu from the Menu screen from within the game. It's located right underneath, or next to, your name.
Zwift takes all your physical measurements into account for features like leaderboards, speed, and how you're displayed in game, so it's always good to keep your profile updated for the most accurate experience.
From here you can update the following:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Max HR
- FTP
- Height
- Weight
You can’t adjust your height or weight while in an event or group ride.
After initially entering your Date of birth and Gender, you'll only be able to update those fields through zwift.com.
Q: How do I find out who the winners are of recent Zwift sweepstakes or contests?
A: We knew you wanted to congratulate your fellow Zwifters! Check out this page to find the results.
