Canceling Your Membership
Your Zwift membership will auto-renew monthly or annually—depending on your subscription type—until you cancel. While we’d hate to see you leave, if you do cancel, your progress will be saved so you can come back whenever you want. You’ll also be able to continue riding for the remainder of your billing cycle—the remainder of a month or a year. Check out our Membership FAQ for more info on canceling. If you signed up with Zwift directly, complete the below steps to cancel your membership:
To avoid being charged for another month or year, please ensure to cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If you're paying by Direct Debit, please cancel your membership at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date.
If you're paying for Zwift through Apple, you'll need to cancel through Apple.
If you want to take a 1-8 week break from Zwift, you can always pause your membership.
- Go to zwift.com/billing/membership and if necessary, sign in.
- Select CANCEL.
- Select a cancellation reason from the drop-down and then select CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.

On the 1st of every month, we'll give you another chance to try Zwift with 25km of free riding. You'll see this noted on your zwift.com/billing/membership page as: Status: 25 Km (Active).
